Help / Check Incident Status

Follow these steps to request help with InfoEd, Velos eResearch, eProst, Disclosure Profile System (DPS), WebView, Web Animal Ordering, or SharePoint:

  1. E-mail your request to Research Information Technology (RIT) at
  2. Be specific about what happened and when. Include details about your type of computer, the version of the application, your web browser, and any error messages.
  3. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.

When your e-mail is received, you will be sent a number that you can use to track your request on our self-service desk. To check on the status of your incident, visit the BMC Service Desk Express:
