Help / Check Incident Status
Follow these steps to request help with InfoEd, Velos eResearch, eProst, Disclosure Profile System (DPS), WebView, Web Animal Ordering, or SharePoint:
- E-mail your request to Research Information Technology (RIT) at email@example.com.
- Be specific about what happened and when. Include details about your type of computer, the version of the application, your web browser, and any error messages.
- Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
When your e-mail is received, you will be sent a number that you can use to track your request on our self-service desk. To check on the status of your incident, visit the BMC Service Desk Express:
