Research Mentoring is available to Assistant Professors and Research Assistant Professors within three years of their first faculty appointment. Unlike departmental mentoring, the goal of research mentoring is specific to assistance toward peer-reviewed research outcomes. Based on the discipline, mentoring can be focused on obtaining external funding, publications, obtaining faculty awards, performances, exhibits and other appropriate outcomes.
